Community Manager – ALTE

Aperto Property Management is looking for a Community Manager - ALTE to join our team in Campbell, Santa Clara County. In this full-time role, you'll build and nurture vibrant residential communities while delivering the exceptional service that defines our work across multifamily housing properties nationwide.

About the Role

As a Community Manager - ALTE with Aperto Property Management, you're the community advocate and engagement leader for our residents. You'll oversee all aspects of community life, from fostering positive resident relationships to ensuring our properties remain welcoming spaces where people want to build their lives. This position is integral to our mission of setting the standard for excellence in apartment management.

What You'll Do

• Lead community engagement initiatives and resident programs that strengthen neighborhoods and promote connection
• Serve as the primary point of contact for resident concerns, ensuring responsive and professional service
• Coordinate community events, activities, and communications that enhance quality of life
• Maintain common areas and community spaces to reflect our commitment to excellence
• Support lease compliance and positive resident relations in partnership with management staff
• Document community activities, track engagement metrics, and report on community health indicators
• Contribute to a culture of inclusion and belonging for all residents

• Proven experience in community management, resident services, or related property management roles
