We're seeking an experienced attorney to contribute to our creditors' rights practice. You'll handle cases across consumer and commercial collections, as well as insurance subrogation work. What You'll Do
- Represent creditors and subrogation clients in collection matters and related litigation
- Manage consumer and commercial cases from intake through resolution
- Prepare legal documents, pleadings, and trial materials

- Appear in court for hearings and proceedings in Maryland
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
