As an Automotive Express Technician at Capital Ford of Charlotte, you'll be at the heart of our quick-service operation. Your expertise in routine vehicle maintenance will keep our customers' cars running smoothly and get them back on the road quickly. What You'll Do

• Perform oil changes and fluid top-offs with precision and speed
• Execute tire rotations and basic tire services
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and identify maintenance needs
• Document service work accurately and maintain detailed records
• Communicate clearly with customers about their vehicle condition and service recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all shop safety procedures
• Troubleshoot simple mechanical issues and perform minor repairs

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience with automotive maintenance and service procedures
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose basic vehicle issues
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn new techniques and stay current with automotive best practices
