About the Role

As Restaurant General Manager, you'll own the daily success of our Lockwood location. What You'll Do

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations and maintain consistent quality standards
• Hire, train, develop, and mentor restaurant staff across all positions

• Monitor and manage food inventory, ordering, and portion control
• Maintain food safety compliance and health department standards
• Drive profitability by managing P&L and controlling operating costs
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle service recovery situations
