Aramark seeks an experienced Dietary Manager to lead food service operations at our Collierville Nursing and Rehabilitation facility in Tennessee. This full-time position is ideal for a dedicated professional ready to shape dining excellence and nutritional care for our residents.
About the Role
As Dietary Manager at this Collierville nursing and rehabilitation community, you'll oversee all aspects of food service—from menu development to kitchen operations to resident satisfaction. You'll manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and create dining programs that nourish both body and spirit. This is a hands-on leadership role where your decisions directly improve quality of life for the people we serve.
What You'll Do
- Direct daily kitchen operations, staffing, and scheduling to deliver consistent, high-quality meals
- Plan menus that meet nutritional requirements, dietary restrictions, and resident preferences
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health code compliance across all food preparation areas
- Monitor food costs and manage departmental budgets effectively
- Supervise, train, and mentor dietary staff to ensure service standards
- Collaborate with clinical teams to accommodate special diets and changing resident needs
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for regulatory and quality purposes
