Meat/Produce Team Associate

About the Role

As a Meat/Produce Team Associate, you'll be the backbone of one of our busiest departments. You'll work alongside our team to ensure customers find fresh, quality products and exceptional service every time they shop.

What You'll Do

• Receive, unload, and stock fresh meat and produce items to department standards
• Maintain product quality, freshness, and proper food safety practices throughout the day
• Keep department displays organized, clean, and visually appealing to customers
• Assist customers by answering questions, providing recommendations, and handling special requests
• Operate and maintain department equipment safely and effectively
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management
• Comply with all Walmart policies, food safety regulations, and company procedures

What We're Looking For

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and cleanliness
• Friendly, customer-first attitude and excellent communication skills
• Reliability and willingness to work as part of a team
• Basic ability to follow instructions and learn quickly
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings or evenings as needed

Compensation & Benefits

This full-time position offers competitive hourly wages ranging from $15 to $28 per hour, based on your experience and location. You'll also be eligible for performance incentives and may qualify for additional premium pay based on schedule and facility needs.
