Schneider is now hiring full-time CDL-A truck drivers for our Team Dry Van division based in West Lafayette, Tippecanoe County. We're seeking experienced drivers with 1–5 months of commercial driving background to join our growing fleet and earn competitive weekly compensation starting at $1,370–$1,520.

About the Role

As a CDL-A Team Driver at Schneider, you'll operate a dry van semi-truck on long-haul routes across all 48 continental states. This is a full-time, over-the-road (OTR) position suited for drivers ready to establish a stable career with a leading logistics company. You'll get predictable home time every three weeks, giving you reliable time with family between assignments.

  • Transport high-quality dry van freight with careful handling standards to maintain product integrity
  • Navigate cross-country routes safely and professionally, covering all 48 states
