About the Role
As Senior Programmatic Specialist, you'll take ownership of programmatic advertising campaigns, leveraging demand-side platforms and advertising technology to optimize performance at scale. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, managing complex campaign workflows while mentoring junior team members and driving innovation in our programmatic capabilities.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute programmatic advertising strategies across multiple channels and platforms
- Manage demand-side platform (DSP) operations, campaign optimization, and budget allocation
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand objectives and deliver results
- Oversee junior team members and contribute to the professional development of the programmatic team
- Stay current with programmatic advertising technologies, industry standards, and market trends
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing programmatic advertising campaigns and strategies
- Demonstrated expertise with demand-side platforms (DSPs) and advertising technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Experience leading campaigns from strategy through execution and optimization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Leadership or mentoring experience preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis; visa sponsorship is not available
