About the Role

As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) in this full-time position, you'll be a strategic HR leader embedded within business operations at Allegion. You'll bridge HR strategy with business objectives, partnering with managers and employees while ensuring compliance and building a culture of excellence. You'll solve complex workforce challenges, develop high-performing teams, and serve as a trusted advisor in our fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

What You'll Do

• Align HR strategy with organizational goals by partnering with business leaders and managers on workforce planning and development initiatives
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management coaching, and disciplinary processes
• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention efforts to attract and develop strong teams
• Coach and mentor managers on HR best practices, employment law compliance, and people leadership
• Advise on compensation, benefits administration, and total rewards program decisions
• Lead organizational development projects and employee engagement efforts
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations
• Provide workforce planning guidance and support succession management initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent professional HR experience
• 5+ years in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR role within a corporate setting
• Deep knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and industry best practices
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal abilities
• Proven capacity to influence and collaborate effectively with business leaders at all organizational levels
• Experience with HRIS platforms and HR data analytics
• Strong judgment, business acumen, and analytical problem-solving skills
