As a Leasing Community Intern at our Allendale, Ottawa County property, you'll be the face of our community—welcoming prospective residents, supporting current tenant relations, and helping our team maintain a thriving residential community. This non-exempt position combines customer service with operational support, giving you exposure to all aspects of leasing and community management.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive tours of available units for prospective residents
- Answer questions about community amenities, lease terms, and move-in processes
- Provide responsive support to current residents regarding concerns and requests
- Assist with leasing paperwork, application processing, and tenant onboarding
- Coordinate with maintenance and administrative teams on resident issues
- Support community events and resident engagement activities
- Monitor occupancy and assist with leasing performance tracking
