As a Direct Support Professional with Mentor Community Services, part of the Sevita family, you will work directly alongside the individuals we support in their homes and communities throughout the US. Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on, community-based support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

- Assist with daily living activities and encourage participation in community life.
- Promote each individual's personal goals, safety, and overall well-being.
- Collaborate with a mission-driven team committed to compassionate, person-centered care.

- Willingness to work on-site within the community (this role is not remote).
