About the Role

As a Senior Wealth Advisor SAFE Act professional, you'll bring seasoned expertise to a complex, rewarding position. You'll apply advanced knowledge across wealth management disciplines—tax strategy, estate planning, regulatory compliance, and client portfolio management—to drive value for an elite client base in the Belle Haven and surrounding Fairfield County markets. This role bridges strategic thinking and hands-on execution, requiring you to mentor junior advisors while continuously innovating the processes and techniques that define our service delivery.

What You'll Do

• Manage high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth client relationships, providing tailored wealth strategies aligned with individual goals and regulatory requirements
• Lead compliance reviews and maintain strict adherence to SAFE Act regulations and all applicable federal and state wealth management standards
• Develop and refine advisory processes, workflows, and methodologies to enhance team efficiency and client outcomes
• Collaborate across business units—trust, estate services, investment management, and tax—to deliver integrated solutions
• Mentor and develop junior advisors, sharing subject matter expertise and best practices
• Identify opportunities to strengthen service offerings and expand revenue within the Western Connecticut market

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in wealth advisory, private banking, or trust management, with demonstrated mastery of SAFE Act compliance
• Advanced knowledge of tax law, estate planning, investment strategy, and regulatory frameworks governing high-net-worth relationships
• Proven track record managing complex client relationships and building lasting advisory partnerships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfort translating regulatory requirements into client-ready strategies
• Leadership experience and commitment to mentoring and developing others
• Bachelor's degree and relevant professional certifications (CFP, CFA, or equivalent) preferred
