VP Media Sciences and Measurement

Citigroup seeks a Vice President of Media Sciences and Measurement to lead analytics strategy and measurement initiatives in our Manhattan headquarters at Grand Central. In this full-time role, you will shape how the organization measures media performance and drives data-informed decision-making across the business.

About the Role

As VP of Media Sciences and Measurement at Citigroup, you will serve as a strategic leader responsible for developing and overseeing measurement frameworks, analytics methodologies, and performance tracking systems. You'll operate at the intersection of marketing, finance, and technology—translating complex data into actionable insights that guide business strategy. This is a hands-on leadership position where you combine deep technical expertise with business acumen to establish measurement standards, lead cross-functional initiatives, and mentor analytics teams. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive media measurement strategies and analytics frameworks that align with organizational objectives
• Lead a team of analysts and data professionals, fostering technical excellence and analytical rigor
• Develop KPI definitions, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure to track media performance and ROI across channels
• Partner with marketing, financial planning, and technology teams to establish measurement best practices and standards
• Translate findings into clear recommendations for senior leadership and business stakeholders
• Stay informed of industry developments, emerging methodologies, and advancements in measurement technology

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in analytics, media measurement, or data science within a complex organization
• Deep technical expertise in statistical analysis, analytics platforms, and data interpretation
• Strong understanding of media landscape, marketing metrics, and performance attribution
• Demonstrated ability to translate analytical findings into business strategy and recommendations
• Excellent communication skills; ability to work across business, technical, and executive audiences
• Commercial awareness and understanding of business operations and financial performance
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, business, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
