PMAE Program Manager – VP

Citigroup is seeking an experienced PMAE Program Manager - VP to join its Program Management Advisory and Execution team in Tampa, Hillsborough County. This full-time, on-site role places you at the center of the enterprise, steering the complex, cross-functional initiatives that move the bank forward.

About the Role

The Program Management Advisory and Execution (PMAE) function serves as Citigroup's single enterprise-wide capability dedicated to planning, delivering, and governing large-scale programs across every business unit. As a PMAE Program Manager - VP, you will act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, embedding disciplined project management practices into high-priority work efforts. Because the team operates across organizational silos and shifts fluidly between subject areas, this position rewards adaptability, structured thinking, and the confidence to bring order to ambiguity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and governance of complex, cross-functional programs and projects spanning multiple business units.
• Partner with leaders and delivery teams to introduce and reinforce sound project management discipline.
• Coordinate work across departmental boundaries, aligning diverse stakeholders toward shared outcomes.
• Move efficiently between varied topics and initiatives while sustaining momentum and quality.
• Provide advisory support that strengthens delivery rigor and program oversight at the enterprise level.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional programs or projects, ideally at scale.
• Strong command of recognized project and program management methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across all levels.
• Ability to thrive amid shifting priorities and to operate effectively across organizational silos.
• A track record commensurate with a Vice President-level role in a large, matrixed organization.
