About the Role

As a Porter at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you'll play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and safety of our facility. Porters are the backbone of our operations, ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming, well-maintained environment throughout their visit.

What You'll Do

• Maintain cleanliness and order in all public areas, including dining spaces, gaming areas, restrooms, and hallways
• Remove and dispose of trash and recyclables according to company procedures
• Stock supplies in designated areas and restock as needed throughout your shift
• Assist with setup and breakdown of event spaces and game areas
• Perform general facility maintenance tasks and report any damage or maintenance issues
• Support guest needs and provide friendly assistance when requested
• Follow all safety and health regulations to maintain a compliant, welcoming facility

What We're Looking For

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Reliable, dependable, and committed to showing up on time
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in maintaining standards
• Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Strong communication skills and a positive, helpful attitude toward guests and teammates
• Willingness to follow company policies and safety procedures
• Previous hospitality or facility maintenance experience is a plus, but training is provided
