Associate Director for Enrollment Marketing & Communications

Northeastern University School of Law is seeking a full-time Associate Director for Enrollment Marketing & Communications to lead strategic recruitment marketing for its Admissions and Financial Aid Office, based on campus in Boston, Suffolk County.

About the Role

This position sits at the center of the law school's enrollment strategy, owning the full communications lifecycle from initial prospective-student outreach through matriculation. The Associate Director partners with admissions leadership to shape the school's voice, differentiating Northeastern Law in a competitive market and driving measurable enrollment outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Design and execute integrated, data-informed marketing and communications plans aligned with annual enrollment goals.
• Produce compelling content across digital and print channels — including email campaigns, social media, the admissions website, recruitment publications, and event collateral.
• Manage CRM-driven communications sequences targeting prospective students, applicants, and admitted candidates at each stage of the funnel.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and translate findings into actionable strategy adjustments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with admissions staff, the university's central marketing team, and external vendors to maintain brand consistency and campaign quality.
• Support recruitment events — open houses, yield programs, virtual information sessions — with targeted marketing assets and messaging.
• Stay current on higher-education enrollment marketing trends and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the team.

What We're Looking For

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a closely related field; advanced degree a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in enrollment marketing, higher-education communications, or a comparable strategic marketing role.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
• Hands-on proficiency with CRM platforms (experience with Slate or similar admissions systems strongly preferred) and digital marketing tools.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and comfort working with stakeholders at all levels.
• Creative thinking balanced with analytical rigor — you can ideate a campaign and evaluate its ROI.
