About the Role

As Finance Manager, you'll oversee key financial functions supporting SOS International LLC's mission-driven operations. This role combines analytical rigor with strategic leadership to ensure sound fiscal management across our organization.

What You'll Do

• Develop and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial projections
• Monitor cash flow, expenditures, and financial performance against established targets
• Prepare financial reports and analyses for senior leadership and stakeholders
• Oversee accounting operations, payroll processing, and financial record-keeping
• Conduct financial reviews and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Collaborate with program managers and department heads on cost control and resource allocation
• Support strategic planning and growth initiatives through financial analysis

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Demonstrated experience in finance management, ideally within corporate or defense and government services environments
• Strong proficiency with financial software, accounting systems, and spreadsheet analysis
• Proven track record of managing budgets and controlling costs
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams
