Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership capacity within utilities, construction, or related industrial sectors
- Solid knowledge of occupational safety regulations and job site safety management
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with the capacity to lead and motivate diverse teams
- Sound judgment and problem-solving capability in fast-paced, demanding environments
- Union membership or eligibility; commitment to union standards and practices
- Current valid driver's license and ability to successfully complete a background check
