About the Role

As a Stylist at our Bellevue, King County location, you'll be the face of our brand for customers seeking styling guidance and wardrobe solutions. This part-time position offers flexibility while allowing you to make a genuine impact on how customers feel in our pieces. You'll work directly on the sales floor, combining personal fashion sense with product expertise to elevate the customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Provide personalized styling advice and wardrobe consultations to customers
• Develop a deep knowledge of our product range and communicate the design philosophy and quality behind each piece
• Help customers identify styles that align with their lifestyle, body type, and personal aesthetic
• Build relationships with customers and create a welcoming, inclusive environment in the store
• Stay current with fashion trends while maintaining focus on timeless, quality essentials
• Support the sales team and contribute to a positive store culture

What We're Looking For

• A genuine passion for fashion and an eye for quality design
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in retail, fashion, or styling (or equivalent customer-facing background)
• Ability to listen to customers and identify their needs
• Comfort with point-of-sale systems and retail operations
• Flexibility to work part-time hours that align with store needs
