About the Role

Client benefits representatives serve as trusted advisors, helping clients understand their healthcare and benefits options. In this role, you'll combine strong communication skills with attention to detail to deliver a positive experience every interaction.

What You'll Do

• Address client inquiries about benefits plans, coverage, deductibles, and eligibility
• Process benefit applications, enrollments, and claims accurately and on time
• Maintain organized client records and update account information in company systems
• Explain complex benefits information in simple, understandable language
• Coordinate with benefits administrators and insurance providers to resolve client issues
• Follow compliance requirements and company procedures for benefits administration
• Build positive client relationships through responsive, professional communication
