FP&A Sr Financial Mgmt (Hybrid Telework)

Join Lockheed Martin in Stratford, Fairfield County, for a part-time Senior Financial Planning & Analysis role in a hybrid telework arrangement. We're seeking an experienced FP&A leader to drive financial strategy, analysis, and operational planning that supports our mission-critical work in aerospace and defense.

About the Role

This hybrid telework position allows you to work onsite at our Lockheed Martin facility for a portion of your schedule while maintaining a consistent, predefined telework arrangement for the remainder. As a Senior FP&A professional, you'll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to shape financial decisions that impact strategic direction and operational performance.

What You'll Do

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis initiatives across assigned business segments or functions
• Develop comprehensive financial models and scenarios to support business strategy and capital allocation decisions
• Monitor key performance indicators and conduct variance analysis to identify trends and recommend corrective actions
• Collaborate with operations, program management, and finance teams to ensure alignment on financial targets and business outcomes
• Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations that translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
• Support annual planning cycles, mid-year reviews, and ad-hoc financial analyses as business needs arise

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, or management roles
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and business analytics tools
• Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and financial statement analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or complex industrial environments is highly valued
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
