What You'll Do
- Apply epoxy paints and specialized coating systems to manufacturing equipment using spray guns and related application equipment
- Operate spray equipment to achieve uniform, high-quality surface finishes
- Prepare and mix coating materials to exact specifications and proper viscosity
- Maintain workspace cleanliness and adherence to all safety protocols and procedures
- Achieve production targets without compromising attention to detail or finish quality
- Collaborate with production supervisors on project scheduling and equipment requirements
