- Deliver attentive, courteous service throughout banquets and private functions
- Clear, reset, and maintain cleanliness of dining areas before, during, and after service
- Coordinate with kitchen and event management staff to ensure seamless execution
- Complete event breakdown and facility cleanup with attention to detail
What We're Looking For
- Professional demeanor and polished appearance consistent with fine-dining service standards
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and perform setup and breakdown tasks
- Meticulous attention to detail and genuine commitment to service excellence
- Flexibility for event-based scheduling and banquet hours
- TB test certification (required)
- Strict adherence to grooming standards: wedding band jewelry only, no artificial nails or polish (French manicure acceptable), natural hair color, minimal fragrance, covered tattoos or none, neatly trimmed facial hair, clean and pressed clothing
