Fujifilm is seeking an experienced Account Executive for the Endoscopic division to build and grow our presence in the St. Louis and Southern Illinois territory, based in Edgewood, Richland County. This full-time role offers the opportunity to drive revenue while partnering with healthcare facilities to advance their diagnostic and therapeutic capabilities.

About the Role

As an Account Executive focused on endoscopic solutions, you'll own a defined geographic territory and be the key relationship builder between Fujifilm and healthcare providers in your region. You'll identify new business opportunities, manage existing accounts to deepen loyalty, and position Fujifilm's endoscopic portfolio as the preferred solution for your customers' clinical and operational needs.

Your Responsibilities

  • Generate and exceed sales revenue targets by identifying, pursuing, and closing new accounts within the St. Louis and Southern Illinois market
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations with hospital administrators, clinical directors, and end-users to understand their facility's priorities and pain points
  • Demonstrate and promote Fujifilm's endoscopic products, highlighting clinical advantages, integration capabilities, and cost-effectiveness
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, identify expansion opportunities, and build a strong referral network
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and technical documentation tailored to prospect and customer needs
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and order fulfillment
  • Report on territory activity, market trends, and competitive intelligence to support strategic planning

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in medical devices, healthcare technology, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of healthcare buying processes and stakeholder dynamics in hospital and clinical settings
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build genuine, long-term business relationships and earn customer trust
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing territory independently
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
  • Willingness to travel within territory as needed
