About the Role
As a Team Captain Endzone & Loyalty (Front End) professional, you'll lead front-end development initiatives for our customer loyalty platform and digital products. This full-time position puts you at the center of how we connect with our community and drive meaningful engagement across our sports-focused customer base.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop user-facing front-end interfaces for our Endzone & Loyalty program
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into responsive, accessible web applications
- Build scalable front-end architectures that support millions of customer interactions
- Optimize performance and ensure seamless user experiences across all devices and browsers
- Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement
- Partner with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver customer-centric solutions
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a front-end developer with strong proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries
- Demonstrated expertise in building responsive, accessible web interfaces
