What You'll Do
- Greet customers and assess their activity needs to recommend appropriate footwear options.
- Perform accurate sizing and fitting using Brannock devices and fit techniques.
- Stay current on brand specifications, technology features, and performance benefits for running, training, basketball, soccer, baseball, and outdoor activities.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and replenishing footwear inventory according to planograms.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming display that highlights new arrivals and promotional items.
- Process transactions at the register, handle returns, and support loss‑prevention procedures.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve store sales goals and deliver a seamless shopping experience.
