Key Responsibilities

• Greet and support blood donors throughout each step of their visit to the donor center.
• Perform blood collection procedures accurately while following established safety and quality standards.
• Monitor donor wellbeing before, during, and after donation, responding attentively to any concerns.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and properly handle and label collected units.
• Deliver a positive, reassuring donor experience that encourages repeat participation.

Qualifications

• No prior medical or phlebotomy experience required — paid training is provided.
