About the Role

As our Paid Social Manager, you'll plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns that deliver real business impact for our clients. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution—collaborating directly with client teams, creative directors, and analytics specialists to build campaigns that exceed growth targets and outperform industry benchmarks.

What You'll Do

• Develop comprehensive paid social strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms
• Create and manage campaign budgets, bid strategies, and daily performance optimization
• Design and execute A/B testing frameworks to identify high-performing creative and audience segments
• Monitor campaign performance in real time and provide actionable optimization recommendations
• Build and refine audience targeting strategies to reach the right prospects at scale
• Analyze performance data and communicate insights to clients and internal stakeholders
• Partner with creative teams to align ad creative with campaign objectives and strategy
• Stay current with platform algorithm changes and industry best practices

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing paid social campaigns at scale across multiple platforms
• Expert-level knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram advertising, and major paid social platforms
• Strong analytical capabilities and demonstrated ability to optimize performance based on data
• Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical thinking
• Excellent communication skills; ability to explain campaign performance to non-technical stakeholders
• Strategic mindset combined with meticulous attention to detail in campaign setup and execution
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts or campaigns simultaneously
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and measurement platforms
