Honeywell is hiring a Regional Sales Manager for our Sundyne distribution operations in Boise, Ada County. This is a full-time position leading North America sales strategy and channel development for pump and compressor solutions.
About the Role
As Regional Sales Manager–Sundyne, you'll direct sales distribution efforts across North America, building and mentoring a high-performing team focused on accelerating revenue growth. Your leadership will shape how we engage with channel partners and end customers in the fluid handling and rotating equipment markets.
What You'll Do
- Lead regional sales strategy and execution for Sundyne pump and compressor units
- Develop and implement go-to-market plans for channel partners in your territory
- Support your team in building deep relationships with end users and OEM partners
- Drive aftermarket solutions sales and customer retention initiatives
- Analyze market trends and competitive positioning to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor sales performance metrics and report progress to senior leadership
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to support customer success
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record managing sales teams in industrial equipment or fluid handling markets
- Experience selling pumps, compressors, or similar complex industrial products
- Strong understanding of channel partner strategies and distributor networks
- Demonstrated ability to motivate teams and drive results in a competitive environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or related field
- Willingness to travel within the North America region as needed
