About the Role
As an Associate Sales Representative, you'll be the driving force behind expanding Stryker's Foot & Ankle presence in your assigned territory. Working closely with experienced Sales Representatives, you'll combine structured learning with real-world experience to master the medical device industry while building lasting relationships with surgeons, surgical centers, and hospital partners. This is an excellent entry point into medical device sales where your energy and initiative directly impact patient outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Support sales activities for Foot & Ankle products throughout your territory in the Bay Area
- Learn Stryker's orthopedic product portfolio and develop expertise in Foot & Ankle solutions
- Build and strengthen relationships with orthopedic surgeons, operating room staff, and surgical facilities
- Assist with product demonstrations and clinical education for healthcare providers
- Support territory growth initiatives and contribute to achieving sales objectives
- Collaborate with your Sales Representative team to identify opportunities and improve customer satisfaction
- Participate in industry events, trainings, and professional development programs
