About the Role
As a Commercial Insurance Producer, you'll be at the center of our business development efforts, identifying and closing new commercial insurance opportunities while nurturing lasting partnerships with existing clients. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to grow our client base and deepen relationships across industries.
What You'll Do
- Identify and pursue new commercial insurance opportunities in the Brentwood area and surrounding markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions
- Lead prospecting and lead generation activities to fuel a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Manage key client accounts, ensuring retention and expansion of existing business
- Develop and execute strategies to support overall sales objectives and company growth
- Foster strategic partnerships that create mutual value and open new business channels
- Stay current with commercial insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes
