This full-time position offers the opportunity to work directly with our Property Management team, handling critical leasing and tenant relations activities that drive our success.
About the Role
As our Leasing Specialist, you will support the Property Management team across all phases of the leasing process. Working under the direction of our Director of Property Management & Customer Service, Property Manager, or Assistant Property Manager, you'll coordinate with tenants, consultants, vendors, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations. This non-exempt position places you at the center of tenant interactions and property leasing workflows.
What You'll Do
- Manage inquiries from prospective tenants and schedule property tours and showings
- Prepare, review, and process lease agreements and related documentation
- Collect and verify tenant applications, screening materials, and financial information
- Coordinate move-in procedures, including unit inspections and orientation
- Maintain accurate leasing records and update management systems
- Respond to tenant requests and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
- Communicate with maintenance and other departments to support property operations
- Assist with lease renewals and handle move-out procedures
