Calyxo is seeking a Regional Clinical Development Manager to lead clinical development initiatives across Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. About the Role
As Regional Clinical Development Manager, you'll oversee clinical programs and site management across your designated region. You'll partner with clinical sites, regulatory bodies, and internal teams to advance our clinical development pipeline and bring transformative treatments to patients who need them.
What You'll Do
- Manage clinical trial site relationships and ensure regulatory compliance across Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana
- Recruit and onboard new clinical sites and principal investigators
- Monitor site performance and clinical data integrity
- Coordinate between sites, Calyxo clinical leadership, and regulatory partners
- Document and report on clinical program progress and metrics
- Support patient enrollment and retention strategies
- Maintain detailed records and ensure adherence to protocol requirements
What We're Looking For
- Experience in clinical operations, clinical development, or clinical trial management
- Knowledge of clinical trial regulations, GCP guidelines, and FDA requirements
- Proven ability to manage multiple sites and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant clinical experience may substitute
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with medical devices or therapeutic devices preferred
