About the Role
We're looking for a proactive paralegal who thrives in a dynamic environment where real estate and corporate law intersect. Working directly with our business and real estate attorneys, you'll manage documentation, coordinate deal logistics, and ensure seamless execution across a range of commercial transactions and projects. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential as you support legal work for diverse clients and matter types.
What You'll Do
- Support real estate transactions including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing matters
- Assist with corporate transactions, contract drafting, and business documentation
- Prepare and organize transaction documents, abstracts, and closing materials
- Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel
- Maintain client files and matter databases with meticulous attention to deadlines
- Conduct legal research and due diligence for transactions and business matters
- Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, billing, and correspondence
What We're Looking For
- Paralegal certification or equivalent legal experience (preferred)
- Strong foundation in real estate and corporate law
