Paradies Lagardere is hiring a Crew Member to join our Tropical Smoothie Cafe team at Asheville Regional Airport in Carolina Hills, Henderson County, North Carolina. This is a part-time, on-site position ideal for someone ready to launch a career in hospitality and customer service in a high-energy retail and dining setting.
About the Role
As a Crew Member at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, you'll be the vital link between our customers and their favorite beverages. Working at one of the busiest points in Asheville Regional Airport means you'll develop real-world skills in fast-paced service, while helping travelers start their journeys on a refreshing note.
What You'll Do
- Prepare smoothies, juices, and specialty beverages to exact specifications
- Greet customers, take orders accurately, and provide friendly, efficient service
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash and card payments
- Maintain high food safety and sanitation standards in all work areas
- Stock supplies and keep the counter and prep areas organized and clean
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all company policies and procedures consistently
What We're Looking For
- Availability to work part-time hours, including potential weekend and holiday shifts
- A friendly demeanor and genuine interest in delivering great customer experiences
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Attention to detail in food preparation and cleanliness
- Previous retail or food service experience is helpful but not required; we'll train the right candidate
