This is an opportunity to grow as a Pre-Litigation Attorney at a plaintiff-side personal injury law firm that values hands-on client work and strategic case development. You'll handle substantial case portfolios, managing the critical stages that set the tone for successful outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Manage a substantial caseload of personal injury matters from initial intake through pre-litigation resolution
- Conduct client interviews, case evaluations, and legal research to build strong case foundations
- Develop case strategy to maximize settlement value and client recovery
- Prepare and manage case documentation, correspondence, and client communications
- Coordinate with medical providers, experts, and third parties to support case development
- Handle negotiations and settlement discussions with opposing counsel and insurance adjusters
What We're Looking For
- 1 to 3 years of personal injury law experience preferred
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent client communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
- Genuine interest in plaintiff-side personal injury work
