Core Duties

  • Maintain detailed service records and ensure compliance with Pennsylvania funeral service regulations
  • Conduct funeral services and provide professional support and guidance to grieving families
  • Manage facility preparation, scheduling, and coordination with team members and vendors
  • Provide pre-need consultation and arrangement services to community members

Qualifications

  • Current, valid Pennsylvania license as a Funeral Director and Embalmer
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Proficiency in embalming techniques, restorative art, and funeral services practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with compassion and cultural sensitivity
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
