Role Overview
As a Manufacturing Production Operator at Chiyoda Usa Corporation, you'll operate and maintain plastic injection molding machinery that produces precision parts for the automotive industry. This is hands-on, production-focused work where your attention to quality and safety standards directly impacts the parts we ship to customers. You'll work a full-time schedule in our Greencastle facility in Putnam County, performing essential equipment operation and quality control.
Core Duties
- Operate plastic molding equipment according to established procedures and manufacturing specifications
- Comply with all environmental, health, and safety regulations throughout each shift
- Review and follow detailed standard work instructions for each production run
- Verify part orders, quantities, and ensure accurate labeling before shipment
- Visually inspect finished parts for defects, irregularities, and quality issues
- Perform assembly operations on plastic components as directed
- Trim and remove excess plastic material from molded parts to specification
