Construction Project Manager – 1743939

RightWorks, a rapidly expanding commercial construction firm in Colorado Springs and Denver, is seeking an experienced full-time Construction Project Manager. This is an ideal opportunity if you have a proven track record managing large-scale commercial construction projects from the ground up.

Role Overview

In this Construction Project Manager role, you'll lead complex commercial projects ranging from $5 million to $30 million, managing all phases from preconstruction through project close-out. You'll direct teams and contractors, maintain strict control over budgets and schedules, and ensure quality and compliance standards are met across Colorado Springs, El Paso County and the Denver area.

What You'll Do

• Oversee ground-up commercial construction projects from initial planning through completion, maintaining budget and schedule discipline
• Manage and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and external partners
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitoring to track progress, maintain quality standards, and identify risks
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, owners, and building trades to resolve issues and keep projects on schedule
• Administer contracts, manage procurement, and handle project documentation and permitting
• Prepare progress reports, budget forecasts, and schedule updates for stakeholders

Who We're Looking For

• 5+ years of project management experience on ground-up commercial construction projects
• Proven track record managing projects ranging from $5 million to $30 million
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with strong organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between job sites
