Property Leasing Consultant

Role Overview

As a Property Leasing Consultant with Tmg/Ppd/Trg, you'll own your success by pursuing leasing targets, fostering meaningful connections with prospects and current residents, and supporting the achievement of occupancy and rental rate goals. Working directly with the Property Manager, you'll play a key role in our Canton community.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and present available units to prospective tenants
• Answer inquiries and provide detailed information about lease terms, amenities, and community features
• Prepare, review, and process lease applications and agreements
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and residents to support retention and referrals
• Track leasing activity and contribute to occupancy and revenue goals
• Follow up with prospective tenants and provide exceptional customer service throughout the application process

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma (required); bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous leasing, customer service, or property management experience a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and email communication
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet leasing objectives
• Professional demeanor and genuine interest in helping residents find their ideal home
