About the Role
As an Account Executive for CoStar Data & Analytics, you'll partner with real estate professionals throughout the Portland market to unlock the power of premium data and analytics. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of that mission, helping clients make smarter, data-driven decisions. You'll own your territory, develop new business opportunities, and nurture lasting client relationships that drive mutual growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities within your assigned territory
- Present and demonstrate CoStar Data & Analytics solutions to prospective and existing clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial real estate professionals, brokers, and firms
- Manage your sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and work toward consistent quota achievement
- Consult with clients to understand their business challenges and recommend tailored analytics solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and customer success
- Stay current on market trends, competitive landscape, and CoStar's evolving product offerings
Who We're Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in enterprise software, data platforms, or financial services
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas consistently
- Strong consultative selling skills and talent for translating client needs into solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of commercial real estate, real estate technology, or analytics is valuable
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working independently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment
