What You'll Do

• Greet arriving guests and owners with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Process check‑ins and check‑outs using the reservation system.
• Answer telephone inquiries, provide information about resort amenities, and assist with requests.
• Handle payments, post charges to guest accounts, and balance daily cash drawers.
• Maintain a tidy lobby area, ensuring brochures, signage, and supplies are well organized.
• Resolve routine guest concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
• Support team members during peak periods and special events.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or a front‑desk role is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a courteous, helpful attitude.
• Basic proficiency with computers, including reservation software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and follow financial procedures.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to stand for extended periods.
