As a Mobile Associate in our Store-in-Store environment, you'll work at the intersection of retail excellence and mobile expertise. You'll welcome customers, assess their wireless needs, showcase products, explain service plans, and guide them toward solutions that fit their lifestyle. Your role combines consultative selling with hands-on device demonstrations, ensuring every customer interaction leaves a strong impression.

What You'll Do

• Engage customers with knowledge of current mobile devices, plans, and services
• Demonstrate product features and explain wireless plans clearly and persuasively
• Complete sales transactions and handle account activations
• Build customer loyalty through genuine service and follow-up
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Troubleshoot basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues appropriately
• Maintain product displays and store presentation standards
• Represent T-Mobile's brand values and commitment to customer care

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred
• Fluent in Spanish (strongly preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple customer interactions in a fast-paced environment
• Drive to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
