About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute nationwide brokerage strategies that expand market share and increase revenue streams.
  • Identify and pursue high‑value opportunities in office, industrial, retail, and multifamily sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, corporate occupants, and property owners.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of senior brokers and analysts, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
  • Oversee complex transaction processes from origination to closing, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
  • Leverage JLL’s technology and data analytics tools to provide clients with actionable market insights.
  • Partner with finance and operations to forecast performance, manage budgets, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Represent JLL at industry conferences, client events, and thought‑leadership forums to enhance brand visibility.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record of 15+ years in commercial real estate brokerage, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or director‑level role.
  • Demonstrated success in generating multi‑million‑dollar deal volume and growing brokerage teams.
  • Deep expertise in at least two major asset classes and a strong network of national and regional clients.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills suited for C‑level stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker capable of translating market trends into actionable business plans.
  • Experience mentoring talent and building inclusive, high‑performance teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field; advanced degree or professional designation (e.g., CCIM, SIOR) preferred.
  • Ability to travel domestically as needed to meet clients and support office locations.
