What You'll Do
- Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top‑offs according to manufacturer specifications
- Rotate tires, check tire pressure, and install new tires when needed
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections, including brake, battery, and lighting checks
- Maintain a clean and organized service bay, ensuring tools and equipment are stored properly
- Follow all safety procedures and environmental guidelines for handling oils, solvents, and waste
- Communicate service findings clearly to service advisors and customers
- Assist with parts inventory and prepare service tickets for completed work
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a lube or quick‑service environment is a plus
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and the ability to learn Honda‑specific procedures
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work on every vehicle
- Good communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, to meet service demand
