About the Role

This position bridges engineering design and practical execution, ensuring that field activities align with project goals, safety standards, and environmental commitments. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage day‑to‑day operations at test and production sites, and serve as the primary technical liaison between crews, engineers, and stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Electrical Reservoir Stimulation equipment across multiple sites
• Develop and implement field work plans, schedules, and resource allocations in coordination with project managers
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations; conduct regular site inspections and hazard assessments
• Collect, validate, and report operational data, providing actionable insights to improve performance and reduce risk
• Mentor and train field technicians, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement
• Troubleshoot technical issues on site, coordinating with engineering teams to design effective solutions
• Manage logistics for equipment transport, inventory, and procurement, minimizing downtime and controlling costs
• Represent Eden GeoPower at stakeholder meetings, presenting progress updates and technical findings clearly

What We're Looking For

• A strong background in field operations, preferably within energy, geothermal, or related subsurface technology sectors
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects from planning through execution
• Familiarity with electrical systems, downhole tools, or stimulation techniques used in reservoir enhancement
• Solid understanding of safety protocols, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance in field settings applicable to on‑site work
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical details for both internal teams and external partners
• Capability to travel frequently to various field locations and adapt to changing site conditions
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, geoscience, or a closely related discipline; equivalent practical experience will be considered
