Lead quality assurance at one of the Pacific Northwest's premier food production facilities. Simplot is hiring a Team Leader Quality for our Moses Lake Production Campus in Moses Lake, Grant County — a full-time, on-site opportunity to shape product excellence at scale.

About the Role

As Team Leader Quality at the Simplot Moses Lake Production Campus, you will guide the quality function across daily production operations. This on-site leadership position centers on safeguarding product standards, mentoring a quality team, and ensuring that everything leaving the facility meets Simplot's rigorous food safety and compliance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate quality assurance activities across the Moses Lake production campus.
• Lead, coach, and develop quality team members to deliver consistent results.
• Oversee adherence to food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and internal specifications.
• Monitor production processes and drive corrective actions when standards are not met.
• Partner with operations and other departments to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience, ideally within quality, food processing, or manufacturing.
• Strong working knowledge of quality systems, food safety practices, and compliance standards.
• Effective communication and team-building abilities.
• Willingness to work on-site at the Moses Lake, Grant County facility (this is not a remote role).
