About the Role

As a Line 1 Process Fry Operator with Crew B, you'll be a key member of our production team, responsible for operating and monitoring frying equipment on one of our primary processing lines. This full-time position at our East Grand Forks location offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented food manufacturing environment focused on consistency, quality, and food safety excellence.

What You'll Do

• Operate fry line equipment, monitoring temperature, timing, and cooking conditions to precise specifications
• Inspect finished products for quality, color, and consistency according to company standards
• Follow documented recipes, procedures, and food safety protocols throughout each shift
• Maintain accurate records of production runs, yields, and equipment performance
• Work collaboratively with Crew B team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and sanitation between production cycles
• Report equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors immediately

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Ability to stand and work actively for extended periods in a warm production environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and quality standards
• Reliable attendance and punctual work habits
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately and completely
• Willingness to work as part of a crew and support team production goals
• Food processing or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
