What You'll Do

• Support tree care and vegetation management crews on residential and commercial sites
• Operate and maintain equipment such as aerial lifts, trimmers, mowers, and climbing gear
• Perform ground‑based tasks including site preparation, debris removal, and equipment setup
• Assist with routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and safety checks on tools and machinery
• Follow all company safety protocols and environmental guidelines while working outdoors
• Communicate effectively with crew leads and team members to ensure timely completion of assignments

What We're Looking For

• Experience or interest in arboriculture, landscaping, or utility vegetation management
• Ability to work safely at heights and in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record; CDL preferred for certain equipment roles
• Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and maintaining power tools
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team‑oriented attitude
• Willingness to learn new techniques and earn relevant certifications as needed
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive lifting, climbing, and manual labor tasks
