About the Role

What You'll Do

• Assist the Store Manager in managing store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
• Supervise and coach sales associates, providing feedback and recognizing strong performance.
• Maintain merchandise presentation by executing planograms, restocking shelves, and ensuring product availability.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate receiving shipments, and conduct regular cycle counts to reduce shrinkage.
